Success brings us joy and pride, while failure often leaves us disheartened. Thomas Edison, after countless failed experiments, was once asked by a reporter, "How do you justify a thousand failures?" Edison replied, "I have learned a thousand ways that won't work." Rather than being discouraged by his failures, Edison used them as stepping stones. Similarly, we should never view failures as setbacks; instead, let them serve as a ladder to reach the zenith of success.

Discipline is like a fragrant flower and this fragrance is not only far reaching but has contagious meaning that when an individual is disciplined he /she becomes a motivation factor for many others. Being bound and disciplined is really tough. I solemnly agree. But when we look around we will very well understand that discipline is the force behind everything. All important resources be it the sun & the moon or the mother earth survive and move on only because of the discipline and routine they follow. Everyone practises disciline in his/her life in a different way. We at Spring Dale always focus on inculcating such moral values in our student.

Both the teachers and the parents are the most strengthening power in moulding the future of children. Their consistent support empowers us to do more and more. I pay my gratitude to them for their faith in us. I wish all the best to our students for their future endeavours.
