Admission Procedure:
1. Parents interested in enrolling their child should register their child's name at the school office as early aspossible by completing the registration form, available either at the school office or on the school website.
2. Registration does not guarantee admission but implies eligibility for an interactive session.
3. The school session begins in the first week of April and ends in the last week of March (Academic Year). Admission is open for all children irrespective of caste, language, region religion, colour creed and community.
4. Minimum age for admission to K(Nursery) is 3 + years, for K2 (LKG) is 4 + years and for K3 (UKG) is 5 + years as of March 31st of the academic year. Admissions to all other classes will be on the basis of performance in written entrance test, subject to availability of seats
5. New students are permitted to enroll at the commencement of the academic year.However, admission remains open throughout the year for the children of government employees , transfer cases, administrative grounds or under exceptional circumstances,subject to seat availability.
6. Admission shall be granted upon submission of school leaving certificate or transfer certificate from the previous institution, along with character certificate and result card or progress report.
7. Parents or guardian of applicants are required to fill in the prescribed admission form and deposit the full admission charges.
8. The principal reserves the right to reject admission without assigning any reason,which cannot be challenged in any court.
9. If school leaving certificate and proof of date of birth are not submitted in the office at the time of admission, the admission will be considered provisional. Regular admission will be granted only on receiving the documents within 10 days, failing which the admission shall be considered cancelled
10. Admission will not be granted to children suffering from contagious diseases or requiring prolonged medical treatment.
11. At the time of admission,documents such as original birth certificate, parents' ID proof,one passport size family photograph, two passport size photographs of the applicant , photocopy of Aadhar Card and a medical fitness certificate from authorized authority are to be produced.
